should i get laser to remove my acne scars?

I have mild acne scars that I'm in my 20s medium bothers me so much … I talk to my derma doctor and she said the laser will be the best thing BUT its nice work … but the problem is that there is a small slight change of it SO makes it worse if I take the chance scars are very old and no cream helps
