laser acne treatment?

There is lol but i 'm not sure. I once read an ad in vouge teen with a handheld laser to remove acne in something like 74 hours. I don 't want to go anywhere to get it done because then they' d be back again and i 'd want something that I use regularly for small points, and I think the treatment they do is for people who have much and just need it all went. I think it might help get rid of cuts too but i 'm not sure. I live in UK products there on purpose so please? Thanks to anyone who helps (: Lots of love x
