is laser acne removal bad for a tattoo?

If I get some kind of retreat laser, eg for acne and I had a tattoo in the area who planned to get laser removal, it would be bad for your tattoo? acne isn 't in the tattoo but they are around him. as I have a tattoo underneath my collar bone and I want to get rid of some acne that is lower and my collar bones.

    The area wouldnt be concerned black ink is very isolated to that particular area so it should not be concerned black ink is very close to the easiest color affected by lasers but it is very close to erase.
