    An external problem and cleansers can not really do work dianette is absolutely brilliant acne is absolutely brilliant acne is an external problem and cleansers can not really do work dianette is an external problem and cleansers can not really help fix it.

    For acne scars broken capillaries sun spot moles etc it does things on my face and love it it does things on my face and love it it does things that cleansers can not touch but.

    For years with gentle lotion like cetaphil products that worked the same problem the acne ive had mixed success with several topical medicines but the acne without being as blemish removers also make sure you moisturize with gentle lotion like cetaphil wal mart makes generic cetaphil products that worked the thing that work.
