Best way to get rid of little acne red marks not pot marks without laser?

I 've got little marks of acne, as small red spots, no holes as the scarring / Pot bad. I guess theyre the point where I popped, I know I will not do again. Does anyone else has had these and if so, what you did to get rid of them? Im sure will fade in time, only I that is a few years. cheers

Iodine or anything anti septic will help to clean it out..
But as they have been popped they are injuries and you have to wait for them to heal.
